Steve is the perfect fit for this role because he has over 20 years of experience as a loan officer, manager and talent producer. His ability to identify the right candidates that fit the mold of Ideal Mortgage is uncanny. It’s so important to provide proper on boarding, training and on going support and this is where Steve shines. Allowing us team to flourish while taking care of the backend of the process to make sure that sales and operations flows hand in hand. Steve is also amazing at defining what the Ideal Mortgage vision is and laying that out for new recruits as well as our existing employees. Steve has the same mindset that Ideal does with a loan officer focused mentality. If we provide an amazing experience for the loan officers, then our operational team has that same experience and so do all of our borrowers and partners. It starts from the top and Steve exemplifies the traits we encourage and nurture here at Ideal Mortgage.
