Stephen Starkey

Stephen Starkey is a mortgage industry veteran, launching his career in 2004. Stephen has a reputation for his excellent work ethic, amazing customer service skills along with his mortgage acumen and experience. Stephen has held multiple roles in his tenure including, Loan Officer Assistant, Processor, Funder, Funding Manager, Pipeline Manager and Loan Originator. This extensive background gives Stephen a unique experience level that is hard to find. He is responsible for overall pipeline management, including working directly with loan officers structuring deals, finding the right investor and then working with investors to place and process loans. His primary objective is to ensure speed and efficiency during the loan process. Stephen has an extensive background in both retail banking, as well as broker operations, and has spent his last 6 plus years with United American Mortgage, a top player in the Southern California market in an operational role. Overseeing all of operations and pipeline management. Stephen now oversees all of operations for Ideal Mortgage including processors and Loan Officers Assistants.
